Academy works with management companies in every step of the course to help identify and solve building problems. We have more than a dozen highly trained technicians who are always in the field making customers happy. The installation, service and mailbox departments are led by the Arnold brothers, who always believe there is a better way to do our work, and take initiative to improve ourselves, the company, and our community.
Academy’s headquarters is located in Hicksville, NY, just 30 minutes away from New York City. We have our Service and Installations department located in our 5000+ sqft Hicksville facility where we keep all our inventory. This allows us to keep thousands of parts in stock and to facilitate rapid repair or replacement. Our Sales office is located in Manhattan where we normally conduct virtual or onsite demos.
